the home; in school; in the community. ASK is both a Homework Club and After School Club. Our aim is to provide the structure of a Homework Club during times of study which would provide a quiet environment and adult support as well as offering times where students can let off steam and be creative through sports, arts and crafts, etc. For primary and secondary students in the Markets Area we provide:
- Homework Time
- Activity Time
- Organised Sport/Games
- Meals
- Lots of love and care!
Our Aims:
- To provide a structured environment to facilitate and assist children in the completion of homework
- To involve children at Primary and Secondary School level in a range of structured developmental and participative activities
- To actively involve and support parents in the development of their children through family activities and volunteer programme
- To facilitate the development of the individual through building self-esteem and confidence
- To offer support to the families of those attending ASK
